With a roofing career that began in the early 1990s, Daryl has spent decades building, scaling, and leading roofing companies across the United States. Throughout his career, he has helped develop multiple nationally recognized roofing organizations and has played a major role in shaping the systems, sales processes, and restoration models used throughout the industry today.
Over the years, Daryl has been involved in everything from residential reroofing and insurance restoration to large-scale commercial roofing projects involving schools, multifamily properties, industrial buildings, churches, retail centers, and complex roofing systems across the country.
Known for his leadership, vision, and deep industry knowledge, Daryl has helped mentor and develop countless roofing professionals, sales organizations, and operational teams nationwide. Many of today’s successful roofing companies and industry leaders were directly or indirectly influenced by the systems and training methods he helped pioneer.
